‘What matters to you?’ day 2016 summary

‘What matters to you?’ day was held for the first time in Scotland on 6 June 2016 and it aimed to inspire people and teams that work within health and social care organisations to ask the people they care for or support about what’s important to them and to act on that response.

An overview of the approach that we took, our key learning points as well as some example of local activities can be found in our ‘What matters to you?’ day report.

We also invited those who participated in the day to come and tell us about their experiences of asking, or being asked ‘What matters to you?’ They also shared feedback as to how the day should be shaped next year. A summary of these discussions can be found in our conversation café flash report.
